Localize INSTALL_DIR folder that is the Tomcat installation location and navigate to:

INSTALL_DIR\webapps (Windows)

INSTALL_DIR/webapps (Unix)

If this is an update version then please delete the old RationalPlan folder and RationalPlan.war file. Now copy the new RationalPlan.war file.

NOTE: For Tomcat 10 you need to copy the file RationalPlan.xml to:

INSTALL_DIR\conf\Catalina\localhost (Windows)

INSTALL_DIR/conf/Catalina/localhost (Unix)
