For Multi Project version, the resources are common for all projects. That means Human&Equipment and Material tabs in Resources View comprises all resources declared for the company, not only resources assigned in the current project.

Data displayed in Resource Sheet, including overallocation and overtime work are calculated considering resources assignments in all existing projects, even though a current project is set (not All Projects).
